2014 Asbury Park Zombie Walk
Last year, The New Jersey Zombie Walk shattered records, proving to the world that the Jersey Shore lives. We showed what it really means to be strong and that we are a community built of many amazing people…or should we say zombies? Are you ready to stumble the streets of Asbury Park in the name of a zombie’s favorite thing...BRAINS?
What is a Zombie Walk?
A zombie walk is an organized public gathering of people who dress up like zombies then make their way around city streets in an orderly fashion for fun and surprise.
Guinness Book World Record™ Holder? Yes we are! Guinness World Records™ has officially recognized the New Jersey Zombie Walk hosted in Asbury Park as the holder of the record for the “World’s Largest Gathering of Zombies.” Our 2010 walk made history as 4,093 zombies shambled across the boardwalk and through the city. Last year we invited Guinness back to the beach and reclaimed our title as the greatest undead gathering in the world by setting the current record of 9,592 zombies!

The GREY MATTERS campaign will benefit Camp Jinka, a free summer program for children and teenagers whose lives have been impacted by brain cancer. This amazing retreat encourages a connection with others who are experiencing similar life altering events. All the kids of Camp Jinka are residents of New Jersey and each camper brings with them a different story. Some are fighting a brain tumor themselves, others are trying to help a parent through treatment, some are survivors, but all of them are strong fighters!
Together we can help in the fight for a cure for Brain Cancer!
