In short: When Margot, 28, meets Daniel, their chemistry is intense and immediate. But Margot suppresses her sudden attraction; she is happily married to Lou, a cookbook writer. When she learns that Daniel lives across the street from them, the certainty about her domestic life shatters. She and Daniel steal moments throughout the steaming Toronto summer, their eroticism heightened by their restraint. Swelteringly hot, bright and colorful like a bowl of fruit, Take This Waltz leads us, laughing, through the familiar, but uncharted question of what long-term relationships do to love, sex, and our images of ourselves.

Singing Bowls at Sunset on the Beach

7/13/2012

Location: Cliffwood Beach, Keyport

Description: Singing Bowls at Sunset on the Beach- Cliffwood Beach Friday, July 13, 2012 7:30 PM Cliffwod Beach Aberdeen Township 828 Ocean Boulevard, Keyport, NJ (edit map) Park at the beachside lot, go to back end follow trail onto beach, we are on the left Selected By: Cassie Price: $15.00/per person The first one was a HUGE success so we are doing it again! Singing bowls at Sunset ON THE BEACH! Serenity doesn't get any better than that! And this does go along quiet well with my fitness theme as this will aid you in fitness of your whole being. My new friend Lyn has graciously offered to make the trip up from south jersey and carry the bowls to the beach so we are asking for a minimum donation of $15 in cash the night of (bring exact change if possible) and a minimum class size of 10. For those who wish to come a bit early, say 7pm, and help carry the bowls to the beach and set up I will give you a bit of Reiki as we wait for the others to arrive. Here is a brief explanation about the bowls: The Crystal/Tibetan Singing Bowls help in achieving a natural way to relax. The Bowls relax you in a form of vibrational sounds. Bowls can help you achieve a healthy state of Being both emotionally and physically. The Bowls help each person on a cellular level. Playing of the Bowls creates a harmony with your whole Being. All you have to do is sit back, relax and let the vibrational sounds do the rest. Lyn's site: http://www.facebook.com/pages/On-Angels-Wings/105377102849574 So plan is this: Please arrive at the beach and be settled in by 7:30 pm, if you arrive late please be very quiet as to not disturb the others. Bring blankets, a pillow, or a chair whatever you can do to make yourself the most comfortable. Water, bug spray, a citronella candle, something to cover your eyes and your body. Whatever you feel you need to lay down, relax, and get lost in the sounds and vibration of the bowls and the lapping of the waves. By the time we are finished the sun will be set and we can relax there and share our experiences so if you have a candle, flashlight or lantern that would be nice also to bring. As with any outdoor event please check here before heading out, I will post weather conditions a few hours before the event. I hope you can make it to this event! With Love, Cassie www.cassiescalendar.com *note* this address is not GPS friendly, be sure to use BOULEVARD not Ave, or better yet use the meetup map
