Join us as we present a rare inside look into how Asbury Park Homeowners live

Asbury Park Homeowners Association is sponsoring it’s 17th Annual House Tour Sunday June 3, 2012. It is our annual fundraising effort and this year our goal is to raise $ 5,000 so as to: 1) offer scholarships to deserving Asbury Park students and 2) to replenish our operational expense fund.

The purpose of the event is not only to raise $ 5,000 but to also show (10) beautiful homes as expressed through (10) proud Asbury Park homeowners.  Some homes will be vintage, some vintage/new, some newly renovated and also a condo apartment showing the diversity of homeownership in Asbury Park. This event is also an opportunity to help shift from the past negative stigma of Asbury Park to the present positive.

Asbury Park, “Taking Lemons and making Lemonade” hence, a flow into our theme - a Twist of Lemon....that is !!! Each home will offer the ticket holder a small sample of something LEMON.
