I found us a teacher for wednesday nights!! How many of you are like me and always wanted to try Yoga but are overweight, underflexible, or just plain worried about trying to get your body to move? Well this is a yoga class that you can call your own! My friend Abhaya has agreed to teach the same type of class that Nancy has been teaching us but is no longer available to come on Wednesdays (she will still teach the sunday class). The program works with any body no matter the size, shape or mobilty, it's excellent for those who wish to take yoga/stretch for the first time. We will learn using slow, mindful movements and positions that anyone can get into. We are going to meet at Cliffwood Beach if the weather is nice (as with any outdoor event please check in here before heading out and look for updates) We had an amazingly lovely day last week! if you use a GPS be sure to type in ocean boulevard. Cost of each class is going to be $10, payable in cash the night of. Please bring a yoga mat that you don't mind putting down on the sand or beach towel or blanket and water, also bug spray is not a bad idea either, and a citronella candle. You can check in the day of to check the weather, and please be courteous if you can't come please change your RSVP timely. I do hope many of you who have always wanted to try yoga but were afraid to like me comes and gives it a try, this has become a regular thing!
