Description: In 2008, Richard Skipper was an integral part of ReVision Theatre's introduction to our great city. Richard came to Asbury Park to recreate Carol Channing's role as Dolly Levi in a one-night only concert of Jerry Herman's Tony award winning musical Hello Dolly! at the Paramount Theatre. Now, ReVision Theatre welcomes Richard Skipper back to Asbury Park in our intimate monthly Cabaret series at Chico’s House of Jazz on Thursday, May 31st at 7:30 PM. Accompanying Richard will be famed musical director Rich Siegel.

Richard has received artistic and critical acclaim over the past 19 years as a first class entertainer. Richard's off-Broadway tribute to Carol Channing closed this past February, after receiving numerous rave reviews. Richard was the associate producer of the 2010 and 2011 Bistro Awards in association with Sherry Eaker. He is now leading the 2012 campaign for Carol Channing to receive a long overdue Kennedy Center Honor.
