Open house at Lakehouse Music Academy
Location: 619 Lake Avenue, Asbury Park
Description: Open house at Lakehouse Music Academy from 12pm to 8pm. Lakehouse Music Academy is a progressive music school, featuring group performance and individual lessons. Our program is committed to the development of comprehensive musicianship for every student at every level, at every age. Under the same roof as world-class recording studios, rehearsal rooms, a radio station, music store, and many notable music industry professionals, the Lakehouse Music Academy has the resources, location, and teaching talent to transform our area’s private music education. Here at the LHMA we have assembled a group of professionals whose teaching styles encompass a variety of levels, styles, and instruments. It is our goal at the LHMA to build a school where any musician, regardless of age, experience, and musical taste can feel at home. Our students will have private lessons, rehearse with a group and perform at some of Asbury Park’s leading music venues. They will have the opportunity to learn about a number of essential modern music divisions such as recording, engineering, producing, songwriting, and business/marketing. Our teachers will use music education websites, a web based electronic practice log and videotape private lessons as some of the tools to keep our students engaged.
